How the free trial works
When you sign up, you get full access to Load Zeta Pro for 30 days completely free — no credit card, no payment details, nothing to cancel. There is no automatic charge at the end of the trial, because we never collected a payment method. When the 30 days are up, your account simply switches to view-only: all your data stays safe and visible.
How billing works after the trial
If you want to keep going, subscribe from Settings → Billing & Plans. Your first three months are $5.99/month as an introductory rate; after that it renews automatically at the standard $14.99/month. Your first charge happens the day you subscribe. You can cancel anytime from the same screen — you'll keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Payment processing
Payments are securely processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all sales tax/VAT collection automatically based on your location, so the price you see is the price you pay.
